She attended the University of Illinois at Chicago for a B.S. in Human Nutrition and became a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. Her training helps her appreciate how a healthy eating pattern can fuel the body, help it function right, and nourish our trillions of cells that constantly need to be maintained and replaced. This training gave her experience with a diverse population from pediatric patients to high-risk adults. It has also helped her to understand how nutrition can help at any stage of disease for a wide spectrum of diseases and conditions. Her friends and family often hear her say "A healthy person is no accident." This is because she has seen it takes effort to achieve a healthy lifestyle. That is why her aim is to meet you where you are now and find the best plan tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lifestyle.
