Windy Meadows

Horrible. Management is terrible. The upkeep in this place is awful. The kids in the neighborhood steal and one group of kids stole a thing of paint out of my husbands truck when we were out of town and painted bright orange paint all over our shed. They told us when we bought our house they would fix what was broken. We've been here for 7 months and the skirting around our house STILL hasn't been fixed, possums go under the house every night waking us and our 4 month old up. They haven't fixed the plumbing. And when the service man actually does mow the lawn, he ran over our a.c. thing and broke out a.c. We have called numerous times since we've moved in and they just give us the run around, "oh, we'll be out there tomorrow to fix everything." Nobody ever shows. The manager is rude and incompetent. They raise the lot rent every year which is already incredibly high and unreasonable. This place is awful.
