This place is negligent when it comes to processing payments. The lines are sometimes long and the clerks are rude and impatient. I will travel to another currency exchange to do business. If you search Yahoo! Local, you will see a few great currency exchanges in the area, that have excellent reviews. I grade this one "AWFUL", because they were not only bad at customer service, but also bad at processing payments correctly. Their mistake cost me $90 in service charges, after a payment was not posted to one of my accounts. Others have said the same thing has happened to them.

Your employee named patti was extremely rude and impatient. It was my first time going there and didn't know what to do. Very rude customer service.

Friendly informal atmosphere, with Pat being a top notch knowledgeable professional. Expect to be treated like family with Pat being your big sister (and I stress big sister). She cross-checks options to find the best way to get your business done most expeditiously and correctly while overlooking . . .nothing.

Pat, is a complete bitch. Told me i did not know what i was talking about as she knodded her head. After she noterized my form she threw the form under the glass and said to go somewere else next time. Complete trash, and unprofessional.

now here is a currency exchange that is willing to go above and beyond for their customers. Fact they don't treat me like a customer they treat me like a neighborhood friend.

I was trying to apply for a renewal sticker for my plates and didn't get anything mailed to me. The woman at this currency exchange went ABOVE and BEYOND trying to get my sticker renewed. She offered to go to the DMV, she called them, she even checked the VIN number on my car to make sure she got all the information correct. She eventually straightened the whole thing out. I was amazed by how curteous and helpful she was. I had quite the opposite experience than the other reviewer and am shocked. I would highly recommend them, honestly. They were very polite and I had a pleasant experience.
