Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores

Every time I am in that store everyone is ready and willing to help me with whatever I need. I have witnessed these young ladies berated by miserable customers, and they always try to keep their calm and move on. I gives them a lot of credit to have to deal with the public, the way they do. Ever since them remodel, I not longer have any need to go to AC Moore or Michales. Good job, ladies. Keep it's up!
