Absolute German

Made a special trip, 173 miles out of my way only to find out that they didn't have what they said they had. Their website showed it and when I called to make sure they said to trust the website....Nice : -(Over 6 hours and more than a tank of gas later all I got was a "sorry we don't have it."Just be aware, and I'm not even sure how you could be more careful. Maybe ask for a manager to take a photo and e-mail it to you?Just ridiculous.

Can't believe the lack of courtesy! Made a special trip, WAY out of my way, for a part I have been looking for. On their website they showed they had more than one. When I called and asked the person over the phone said trust the website. They couldn't take the ten seconds to look it up, because I sure took the whole day driving their!!! Really not happy that they would think this is okay.

Needed help when I slid my car into a curb, many places quoted me double the price for the control arms and axle i needed. These guys even have a 30 day gaurantee on the parts which was great. Not to mention, has to be the cleanest yard i've been too, its all paved, pretty well organized and the staff was very friendly, give these guys a thumbs up!

Came in looking for an engine for my 2002 golf 1.8t, they had the lowest price around, but they didnt have one in stock :(, but they assured me that if I put money down they would get me one in 4-5 days, 5 days later I had a good used engine that runs great, the even have extended warrantees you can purchase for your engine, which is extremely rare for a wrecking yard selling a used engine, but they stand behind their parts. Thanks Absolute German!
