        This store is great! But this address & phone# is completely wrong. They are on the other side of the freeway, in the Wine World building. They are at the cross street of Fourth Avenue & Northeast 45th.

        This company passed out a flyer which states 'we can provide emergency delivery service if you are in a bind'. I called to order ink and get this service and they said they couldn't get ink out to us until the next day - that is not emergency service! Emergency means IMMEDIATE. Their normal delivery is 24 hours or less - so I really didn't see that they were that truthful in exactly what they were offering. So, we drove to the office store.
