Downtown Dog Lounge

If you care for your animals well being, you will stay away. My sister left her pomeranian for 3 days at the downtown dog lounge on elliott. In those 3 days, his meds were given to another dog, crated (when instructed not to do so) and returned covered in urine. He's bee on heavy medication for the past weeks recovering, but is still physically crippled by the experience. When the issue was brought to the attention of management, they were defensive, and rude. Horrible experience.
