Partners In Care

Partners In Care is a terrible and dishonest business. They were successor trustees over my parents estate. The estate was a simple one to distribute and they acted so nice, friendly and honest before they had control of the trust assets. Once they had control of the assets they stole over $60,000 from the estate by dragging the settlement out for almost 3 years. NEVER do business with “Partners In Crime” for they are frauds and thieves. The courts will offer you no help for they let Partners In Care do anything they want without having to justify their expense charges. Believe me, they will make outrageous billing charges month after month that tell you nothing detailed about their activities while they make no progress in finishing their work. They are such rip off artists. The best you can do is NEVER becomes involved with them. If you must, require them to sign a contract which limits their charges and limits the time they have to complete their work…..and this is just as important…or they get paid nothing. Anything less of an agreement is like giving them free reign to rob you blind and believe me…..THEY WILL !!!
