Piroshki on Broadway restaurant was founded in Seattle in 1994 by Chef-Owner Alla Lyublin. It started as a small Eastern European cafe, specializing in piroshkies and pastries. The shop was small but very committed to providing excellent service and creating fresh hand-made food. Guests often appreciated the atmosphere, decoration elements and enjoyed watching daily baking of various goods during their visit. In 2002, the restaurant completed a major expansion, providing a sit-down, counter dining and a take out. In 2004, the Swedish Hospital location opened for business.
