        Overall
        awful. :(

        Kathy at Regis in Sebring did not listen to me at all with what I asked for. She cut my hair boy short in the back and when explaining to her beforehand what I wanted I stressed the importance of length to me. I hate this hair cut on me and I got too distracted with conversation to notice which I blame myself for. :C I am verrrry unhappy.
