I went and viewed a trailer for rent it had mud all over the front of the entrance to the trailer. Then I was given a move in date of 09/07/2016 so I never received a callback so I went on my bike back there and they hadn't done anything to get it ready. I mean nothing at all. Yet they want 695 month first and last and a four hundred dollar deposit. 1390. +400 and I had it available on the seventh and yep it hasn't been touched. Do not let these people tell you they have a unit ready as this is a lie. This trailer isn't even had the carpet replaced as said by the seventh. Tue grass is knee high. They had the small dock locked up too. That's the reason I wanted to move there have the accessibility to lake Seminole. Nothing at all was done and left me back starting over looking somewhere else again. Dont stay here they can't even make the rental ready with 1795.00 ready to pay. Boo ����
