        WE HAVE BEEN SHOPPING AT FOOD CITY AT DOLLY PARTON PKY ,SEVIERVILLE, SINCE THEY OPENED. THEY ARE THE "BEST EMPLOYEES" EVER!! EVERY DEPT. GOES OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP YOU. WE ARE ELDERLY AND THEY GIVE THE "BEST HELP AND SERVICE" TO US. WE GET MONTHLY ORDERS THRU THE DELI OF GRILLED SALMON PATTIES. THEY DO SPECIAL ORDERS AND ARE GREAT!! ALSO JOE IN PHARMACY IS THE "BEST EVER PHARMACIST"...SO LAST FEW YEARS SINCE THEY'VE OPENED... WE HAVE BEEN VERY PLEASED WITH THEM. GREAT EMPLOYEES AND SERVICE...FRESH AND GOOD FOODS IN EVERY DEPT. WE WOULD NOT SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE!! GOD BLESS THEM.

        Went there on a rainy day to buy chicken ,found it on sale ,shocking considering how high this store is. Went to register ,paid for groceries it seemed high as usual .

        On the way home my wife seen they charged us double what chicken should have been. Turned around in rain went back and was told by acting mgr. We have been going through this all day .

        In other words they knew they had a problem and ignored it . Who cares if our Customers go through this .

        The male mgr. Never even apologized. Lesson learned ck your receipts and ck your wallet before exiting
