X-rays
Dental X-rays might reveal bone loss, decay between teeth, cysts or abscesses, and many other problems hiding inside the tooth or even below the gum line. At Connolly Family Dentistry in Sewell, we use diagnostic X-rays, both conventional and digital. X-rays produce very low radiation levels and we take every precaution to minimize radiation exposure to our patients and staff members. The walls of any operatories where X-ray units are in use are lead lined, lead aprons are used to shield the patient’s body, and state-of-the-art X-ray equipment and film greatly reduces exposure time.
Oral Cancer Screening

It all starts with a consultation. During this initial appointment, our team will evaluate the health of your jawbone and determine whether or not you are a good candidate for this comprehensive replacement. Orthodontics
The treatment of TMJ dysfunction is completely individualized. There is no single therapy or drug regimen that is universally beneficial. Jaw re-positioners (i.e. a Bruxing appliance) may be used to help ameliorate symptoms and reverse TMD.
