        Go somewhere else.... had bad ...

        Go somewhere else.... had bad experience with alterations. Assured the dress would be perfect but had to go back several times to have zipper fixed, beading and a stain removed, which by the way, was not on the dress when I originally purchased it. Thought I was picking up the dress. I even called prior to driving an hour to make sure it was ready and when I got there it was A MESS!!! They were fully aware of the distance I was driving, but obviously no one checked the dress before allowing me to drive all the way there. Had to come back again, 4 days prior to event, praying it would be done. It finally was done but I felt we should have been given a discount on alterations, but NOTHING was offered. Poor customer service in my opinion. We will not return.

        TERRIBLE experience!! Would not recommend this place!! I can't beieve they're in business..and apparently costumer satisfaction isn't something they strive for.
