If they had 0 stars, that is what they should receive. This was the worst construction experience I ever had. I had them install 3 doors, and it took over 1 month for one of them to lock. The installation was subpar and I gave them almost 3 month to rectify the situation with no result. We paid extra money for a reptuable company and received nothing bu the runaround. Terrible customer service and installation. I am happy with the Pella doors though it just looks like a 12 year old put them in. Be wary of using this contractor!!!

If you have issues, Gunton will blame Pella, and Pella will blame Gunton. I built a house using all Pella products and had major warranty hassles. The worst customer service I have ever experienced.



Gunton charges money for warranty issues using it as a profit center, and then drags things on for months. I was told that a third party contractor would be needed to replace windows under warranty since they only offer this level of service at time of sale.
