Weed Man

I decided to try out weed man when I saw an advertisement on groupon. When I called to set up a time to have my lawn treated, I talked to a representative named Bill who seemed to be very knowledgeable. At first I was only going to do the treatment that was covered under the groupon, but Bill convinced me to do two treatments because the treatments together would really help my lawn. He did try to get me to agree to 5 treatments, but I explained that I am a full time student and couldn't cover the cost of all 5 treatments. About a month after my yard was treated and my bills for those treatments were paid, I came home to a $70 Bill and a treated yard. I immediately called the number on my bill to get this resolved, because I had never signed up for a third treatment. The gentleman on the phone apologized for the mix up and said somebody in charge would be contacting me within a couple days, needless to say, I didn't receive a call. I ended up talking to Bill again and he told me he doesn't know how I got signed up for 5 treatments, and assured me that I would not get charged, and his boss would call me later that day. Again, no call. Another couple weeks later, I get a call from a man in the billing department stating that I had a past due bill. This man was rude and told me that I was emailed a conformation about the treatments, and that even though I never signed up for them, it was my responsibility to catch their mistake. I'm angry because I feel like I was taken advantage of and because of the lack of communication on their end when they new they had an unhappy customer. I believe I was scammed, and now the company won't return any of my calls.
