i have been to this store on a number of occasion and never really had an issue, the manager is always very informative on games and has helped me in the past choose a game. the last time I went there, months ago, it was a release day for a major game. (little did I know, I don't play that particular type.) I was trying to find a wii monster jam game for my son. I asked the clerk to look it up, which he did. unfortunately they didn't have it at that particular store but they supposedly had one of a similar nature at the next one a few miles away. I wanted him to call and check, he did but he wasn't happy to do it, they supposedly had it. I still wanted the original one I had been looking for, he said they offer a service now that they could order it for me and have it sent but he was too busy to help me right now so I would have to come back another day. excuse me? at that point I should have just walked out and not purchased the game I had in my hand. I paid, left, and will never go back!!! that's how you treat your customers? screw you guys. im glad theres a used game store just down the road, mind games, a little pricey but the people who own it are absolutely wonderful and to not deal with these jerks again its worth it. even the customer service that governs all game stops didn't care. I feel like ive wasted $100's on a company that couldn't care less about the people who keep them in business.
