Long story short...our refrigerator needed a new compressor. JR had us order one...was supposed to be back the next week to install...took 3 days to get in contact with him again...then put us off for 2 more weeks...finally came(late) and attempted to repair it...after 3 days of trying we thought it was fixed...nope! Paid him! He had us order another part...never came back to install and wouldn't return our calls...so at xmas time with a 10 month old...left with no working fridge and spent $700...merry xmas to us...also goes by action appliance!
