The UPS Store

I went to the UPS Store in Sherman Oaks today and dealt with a wonderfully kind and helpful representative by the name of Chris. I am very sick, and I was unable to tape up my box or carry, so Chris took initiative- at no charge. I wanted to pass out, so it is good they had a water system in the back:) I was also told they would print out my future labels from the internet for me, which is great because I do not have a printer, and I had to drive miles away to my Aunt's house just to use her printer. My experience was a 10 out of 10. What a wonderful store, and very clean. Keep up the great work Chris!!!! SIncerely, Kenny Prager

Renting a box will cost you plenty of trouble. The employees or inexperienced, irresponsible and don't take any care in the way they handle customers. I had a box there, they were constantly misplacing packages. When you try to appeal to the manager for help, all you get is the cold shoulder. You are better off getting a regular P.O. Box the local post office than dealing with this type of nonsense. The price they charge for a box is not worth the hassle. There are no refunds. Buyer beware of the UPS store!
