        i don't know who would give this guy a bad review. they must have wanted to cheat on their taxes or something. this guy is really honest and smart. i've never had any problems what so ever.

        Tax prep service is consistent...

        Tax prep service is consistent with any other acct/tax firm.

        Staff all have "deer in head lights look".



        Don either has more money / client than he needs or he is the world's worst with customer service.



        Too many choices to get ripped off by the overpriced firm

        In thiry years this was the first time someone told me my services were overpriced, threatened to give me all kinds of bad reviews if I didn't give him a discount and then cursed me out in front of other people when I refused.
