Car-Izma Auto Spa

We called ahead and asked how much for an oil change with 5 qts of synthetic oil. A guy named Jonathan answered and told her it was "$39 and that comes with a free car wash." So my wife and I (and our sick 4 year old) drove across town (in two separate vehicles) just to find out that it will actually cost $100 for our oil change! Nobody was the least bit apologetic, including the guy that we talked to on the phone (who admitted that he told us it would be $39)! We stood in their parking lot trying to find another place that was open on Sunday, so they had PLENTY of time to offer us a small discount, or AN APOLOGY, but nope! They couldn't care less! And they won't get a dime from us!
