Just wanted to say and express the satisfaction I lived when purchasing my used 2009 Subaru Outback at Patrick Subaru. My sales rep, Tri Le, was devoted to making this transaction a pleasant one and offered constant communication via email and was always available via phone. I live in Montreal Quebec Canada and the possible inconveniences lived by the distance and purchasing a car via email were minimized with their experienced staff... thank you Tri. The transaction went as it was supposed to...without a glitch + a surprise... it was fully tanked! A curtious and traditional sign of respect offered to car buyers in the past rare these days. I recently purchased a 2010 Subaru Outback at Patrick Subaru in Shrewsbury. My experience was certainly a positive one. Shopping for a new car can be stressful. Luke, the sales rep that helped me out, did a great job. He addressed every question that I had, as this was my first purchase of a vehicle in quite a few years. I wasn't sure how the process worked in regards to the trade-in, communicating the purchase to my insurance company, etc. Luke made sure all of my questions were answered and made me feel very comfortable. He made sure all my needs were met as well in regards to finding the perfect car for me. Overall, the process was seamless! I was in my new Subaru in short order and I couldn't be happier. I'll certainly recommend Patrick Subaru and Luke in particular if I know of anyone that's going to be shopping for a car. They made the car buying experience enjoyable. Rich, Worcester
