Reischl Physical Therapy

First of all I can't THANK Mr. Carlos Moreno, P.T., D.P.T, N.C.S enough. I was skeptical about what exactly was BALANCE THERAPY. Before all of this started back in 2014... I was a 56 healthy and strong individual...My first visit a consult and actual therapy session was on Tuesday, Dec 5, 2017 and for the next 2 Tuesdays, Dec. 12th & Dec. 19th. Each session was for about an hr. long. My balance had been off since before my surgery and after May 19th 2016 day of my surgery. I had buldging cervical discs c5,c6,c7 that damaged my spine. My balance was off to where I walked slow and my steps flopp (a frankenstein type walk), legs stiff and felt heavy. I couldn't walk in narrow areas, step over things, step on and off curbs, up and down driveways without fear of falling. While doing a variety of techniques with my eyes closed and standing on cushy like surfaces during therapy and at the home exercises he had me do.. I began to feel like my balance had come back. Family and Friends noticed the difference. My energy level soared. When Carlos Moreno said that I would be walking normal in 3, THREE weeks!!!...I cried tears of relief. In a way I didn't believe it. BUT...on the last day, my assessment day, Tues., January 16 with only 3, 1 hr. sessions. I was in heaven. He was patient with me, explained everything that I was to do in complete detail. I felt safe whenever I had to try something new. I looked forward to my sessions. I mainly looked forward to show him that I can do it...I may not ever be 100% back to my old self again...BUT I'm ready to walk or jog a 5 k...Thank you so much Mr. Carlos Moreno. You literally gave me my LIFE back. It FEELS GREAT to be able to walk normal again... Thank you, Thank you and Thank you from the bottom of my heart....GOD BLESS...
