No excused! Staff is there for you. They make sure their customers are well taken care of. I have run out of propane on some occasions and they are prompt in coming to the rescue.

Provided by DexKnowsThe staff at Griffin's Propane was so helpful and considerate to our situation. We just purchased our house, the tank was empty and we had never used propane before. Griffin had a driver out that SAME DAY!! AWESOME SERVICE!!! Recommend to everyone.

Provided by DexKnowsOpened a new account by ordering a propane tank and installation. Was promised it would be installed in a few weeks. One week later I followed up with a phone call and was told the order was on schedule. A week later there was no delivery or installation. Left message with the driver to return my call. Call was not returned. Called a week later to leave another message with the driver. Still to return call on delivery information. Made a visit to the office to cancel my account and refund my prepayment.
