        Overall

        We never knew Mr. Bighley until we took a bid for building a new deck from him. He has been wonderful to work with. He shows up when he says he will and he and his assistant work steadily and quietly each day. I have been most impressed with the quality of their work. He listens to his customers and he tries to keep the costs within reasonable perameters. He is a true craftsman.
