W & P Dado Air Conditioning

There aren't enough amazing words I could say about this company and their honesty, professionalism and dedication!
I recently had our air conditioning inspected for this season and maintenance performed by another company who had done so for a few years. We were to hold AC was working fine and all is good. On the day we turned our air conditioning on it did not work. We were in an emergency situation where it was soon to be 90 degree days and having a terminally ill family member in the home.
W&P Dado said they make sure to come by end of same day we called. They did as they said they would and arrived at 5:30pm that same Monday5/7/18 spending a couple of hours finding a leak. The evaporator coil was not repairable as it was already 18 years old.
With in 2 days they had all parts as this is a large job on a split system.
They came yesterday after serving other clients at 330PM and Harry the Hvac man took out old put in New evaporator coil,did duct work, and hours of other things. By 9pm he finished and our house was cooling!!
They are amazing,trust worthy and fair.
If you want piece of mind ,do not hesitate to call them.

The HVAC unit died on Wed night, W & P were there on Thur to access the problem. They were prompt, efficient and responsive answering calls and emails. This was really a time-crunch deal as they property was Sold and closing was 3 days later. They exceeded our expectations and I would definitely use them for myself and refer to others.

Had an issue with our heat working intermittently in Gaithersburg, MD. It finally gave out Wednesday and I called our home insurance that referred us to W&P. Technician Wladimer was in the area and arrived within 2 hours of my call. His workup discovered a blown draft motor which he ordered. It was available Friday for shippment. He drove up to Baltimore to retrieve it and was back at our place Friday night to install and finish the job. was there until 7pm fixing it! Very courteous, professional and knowledgable. We have heat and no worry of anything happening this crazy winter!!
