IHOP

I'm still sitting here waiting on food. Everyone here moving like they have dead live falling off them. We've been here an hour total now not even a busy time. Staring at a table no one will clean, watching 1 waitress, not ours, take good care of her section but us, were ignored.

Great Customer service for sure, we found a hair on my wife's plate and they took her entire meal off the bill. They apoligized multiple times, we didn't even care that much but it was still very kind. Food was great, sweet staff. Will definitely be returning.

I love the food here. But I just called 15 times in a row to place a take out order and no one has answered still. Way to run a business. Guess you don't need the money.

Id had some less than great experiences at other ihops and was reluctant to give the Simpsonville store a try . I decided a month ago while with a friend to take a chance and man am I glad I did . Cracker barrel in Simpsonville cant touch ihop Simpsonville nor can coach house in simpsonville . Now I go at least 1ce per week . Great food and friendly service . Peace my ninjas .
