Massage Envy - Simpsonville

I cancelled my membership. Hour massage is actually 50 minutes. 75% time the massage therapist cut time to 40-45 minutes. Facial was not very professional and 35 minutes. Poor follow thru by management. Massage therapists often work here out of school, so difficult to find a descent therapist. Will never go back.

Run like heck the other way!!! They will trap you in a contract and not even honor their own rules or what the managers tell you. It borders on a scam.

My wife and I got accounts and then gifted one to my mother-in-law. They took advantage of her because she spoke little english and was moving. They lied about the Asheville location starting in June 2011. It never opened the whole time she lived there; then she moved to Korea and no offices there either, but still wouldn't cancel the contract. I have filed the cancellation paperwork 3 times and they charged my checking account again today after promising me that wouldn't happen. They also so far have refused to refund the 9.5 credits on the account.
