We ordered wine on line and it arrived with the corks coming out of bottles. We contacted alleged store owner and he insulted me by saying the wine was ok and we were trying to rip him off. after EXPLAINING THE ISSUE HE STATED IT WAS UPS'S FAULT. UPS csame and took thw wine. We never received a credit or the wine so we contacted Visa. They contacted him and he lied and said he never received the bottlesback after ups picked them up. The owner manager is crude and curt, as well as a liar. I wouldn't enter into any business with this guy. Read other reviews, this guy should be investigated for corrupt business practices.

Visited their web site and my wine was on sale for $12.99 a bottle. There were no signs in the store for the sale price, so I asked for help. The helper checked the price and told me it was $13.99 per bottle. I bought 12 bottles only to find when I returned home and checked my receipt, I was charged the listed price of $15.99 per bottle. I phoned the helper and asked him to credit me the $36. difference. He took my name and number and said the owner would contact me. Never received a call. I sent three e-mails to the owner and he never responded. I will never use this store again and recommend not believing their advertised sale prices on the web.
