Star Cleaners

DO NOT USE THEM! They "lost" my wedding dress and were more concerned about getting their fee for cleaning it than the fact that a very important heirloom is now forever gone. They also waited weeks to tell me that my dress was missing!
They took my wedding dress for cleaning, then left their doors unlocked over New Years (supposedly). They claim that my wedding dress was stolen over this time period, but they did not notice for a few weeks.
When questioned, he (Thomas) seemed more concerned about collecting his fee for cleaning my dress than the fact that my dress went "missing" under his watch.
He does not have theft insurance and refuses to pay for my wedding dress.
When asked if he would pay for the dress he said no!
He is completely unconcerned about his customers and their property!
I cannot stress strongly enough if you value your clothing, DO NOT USE THEM!
Follow up: Finally got my COURT ORDERED MONEY after threatening to have his parents (the owners) imprisoned! Do not give them your business, I cannot stress this enough
