Great selection of furniture at a reasonable price!

Have been ripped of on 2 occasions. First was the poorly manufactured $1700.00 sectional that was special ordered, and delivered months after the order. Second was the five year warranty that cost an additional $150 that is completely useless. They do not stand behind the warranty at all and try to sucker you in to paying more money for filing a warranty claim.

I have been buying furniture from Levin for years. I love the selection and the ease of the transaction. My recent purchase of two Flexsteel sofas have made a great addition to our Living room and they are sooo comfortable.

I initially went into the store as a first time customer, I'm 35, so the first the that I noticed was the selection, it looked old and outdated: my sales Rep was great after 3 hours I picked the Queen storage platform bed with 6 storage drawers, dresser, mirror, nightstand, and headboard, I also purchased the matching lingirie chest: then I picked out a couch and love seat: when the bedroom furniture arrived as they were unwrapping it we noticed two nice size chunks of wood were chipped and some scratched under where the bunk board would lay, I called my sales person and she said she was so sorry and she could have another one delivered or credit me back $100, I said you know what our clothes are scattered everywhere so since you can't see it I'll take the $100. Then after the unwrapped the dresser their were scratches on top, so I'm like seriously? I call again the same day took pictures, they sent someone out who said it was unrepairable, so I had to wait another week:

I have always bought furniture from Levins. However, I may think twice for my next purchase. I bought a sofa, chair and ottoman 4 years ago and also bought the Guardian protection plan. What a joke!!! I should have saved myself a couple hundred dollars. DO NOT BUY THIS PLAN! When you need to use it, they find any way possible to deny the claim. Levins was no help, so I called Guardian. It is a very restrictive coverage, and I am left with a white sofa that is soiled with denim transfer, and neither Levin or Guardian will do a thing to help. Really??? very disappointed with Levin. Not the way to treat a loyal customer...
