        TERRIBLE initial impression

        Called to inquire about services. Was greeted with a less than welcoming question, Who is this and what do you want? WOW! What terrible phone skills. As a potential new customer, I wonder how or why she is even in business. I have never experienced such direct and blunt introduction to someone's business. If ZERO stars was an option, you can guess what my ratings would be.
