I saw Brian for a bruise tailbone and the procedure he did helped greatly. But my 3 stars are not because of the PT. It is the office staff, my insurance is out of network, ,so I was offered a $100 cash pay and then I asked if they would file insurance and see what it would pay. I did not know it was one or the other and Tara did not explain that either. Well insurance deemed my responsibility as $140 and now they want $140. Tara now explained to me how it works. Seeing that it was a miss communication she still would not budge on they payment due even a little. Hopefully Tara learns to be more clear in here explanations. I know there is another PT that does the same procedure in Buckhead and I will use that PT instead if I need to go back. (Hide)
