Mahon Family Medicine

Dr. Lan Mahon is arrogant and condescending. She is the worst GP I've ever been to. She does not value her patients at all. I will no longer pay to be disrespected by her.

My visits to Dr. Mahon over the last half decade have been either OK or extremely bad. The wait time is never consistent and I have found myself waiting anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours just to be seen. While Dr. Mahon's staff has always been customer service oriented, Dr. Mahon is often defensive in her tone and sarcastic in her comments. She does a great job of examining, suggesting what tests/screenings one may need at a particular stage in their life, reviewing labs/information, and she tells you it is your decision to have these things done; however she becomes apparently upset and exits abruptly when a test/screening is refused at her recommendation. Luckily, I happen to be educated enough to know what screenings I need and how frequently those screenings should be done, otherwise Dr. Mahon would bill me for unnecessary tests. I will not be back next year.
