        POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

        The office staff does not seem to care about anything but getting your money. I tried calling the billing office and had to leave a message; no one called back. I then tried calling the scheduling office for assistance and they said the only thing I could do was leave a message with the first number I called. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE in this day when we have many choices to go to for medical services.
