I received a Howard Miller Mantel clock as a retirement award from my employer. Actually I received two, because the first one was defective, and was replaced by OCTanner. The second one sounded like a child's piano when chiming. I took it to About Time and the gentleman there discovered that the entire internal mechanism was loose. He fixed it and reset the time for me with no charge. Very pleasant surprise. I will return there to have my clocks serviced in the future.
