Village Auction Co

They did an auction of furniture for a relative of mine. It was like pulling teeth to get them to send the money for the primary sale. I had to make multiple phone calls. Plus, there were a couple of pieces of furniture they said they would have to sell in a later auction and I never got any money sent to me for those pieces. I was thoroughly frustrated with them.

Unfortunately, the day we decided to go to this auction it was cold, damp and muddy!



The Small Animal auction held on 4/5/09 was held outside under a tent.



The amount of animals there is amazing, chickens, ducks, geese, bunnies, goats... you never knew what was being put up for auction. There was also fencing, cages, and other misc. items.



They had a great momentum going until they started selling vegetables in between the animals.



They also had a trailer there selling hot coffee, donuts and hot dogs, hamburgers, etc..



They had bathrooms inside, but put a bench against the doors and forced everyone to use port-a-potties outside. Not good for little kids! Or Mom's that need to change their babies.



Bring your kids, lots of kids! They make friends easily and play the whole time in a group.



We also love the interaction with other couples, met some really nice people at the auction!
