Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Mike #1258 was INCREDIBLE! Him and Mitch did an excellent job on replacing my stacks, they were SUPER empathetic to my situation and completely took care of my home. I have used Roto-Rooter before and would NEVER let any company do my plumbing. We truly do love you guys! Invoice 30-21010101

We had a clogged toilet and tried to clear it ourselves. When we were unsuccessful, we called Roto-Rooter to come out and look at it. The technician they sent was very knowledgeable and explained all our options. He did what we asked him to do and solved our issue. Would recommend service to others.

Vernon came out very promptly and gave me price up front (sink & toilet issue) and he never gave up on clearing clog in sink (which was a bear). He also made me aware of other issue which I am very grateful which he also installed a new toilet. The whole crew was awesome. I will definitely use them again if needed. I dealt with Justine on the phone (awesome). I am very very pleased with the work done.

I had water in my basement that ended up being due to a clogged sump drainage pipe. They were very helpful, professional, and gave me estimates in advance of all work performed. When all was said and done, they spent less time, and the work was successfully done for less than the original estimate.

Rene #1199 came to my home to fix the seal on my toilet. He was very nice, polite and professional. Rene explained what he was going to do and why. He clean up after himself and took the nasty stuff with him. Would highly recommend .

Ben was knowledgeable, clean and prompt. Would recommend for all plumbing needs. Took the time to explain everything in detail to make sure we knew what was going on.

Ted was fast courteous and thorough. He solved our issue quickly and had the clog cleaned up and the system back up and running

Rene #1199 was great. He can and in took the time to explain to me what we need to do to fix the problem. He then gave me options to fit my budget. He was in and out quickly! I also love that they came out on a Sunday, for not extra charge! WOW! Will call them again for any problems I need fixed!
