LeComte and Vanderpool Dental Care

Made an appointment and was told by Pamela that my insurance (Delta Dental PPO) covered preventative care; (cleaning/xrays) at %100. My appointment was scheduled on a day that the dentist was not there, so I had to make another appointment to see the dentist, Chris Venderpool. At the second appointment I was reassured that I had no copay and that my insurance covered preventative care at %100. I was told I needed a filling. I received an estimate for $146. I went to have my filling done at the third appointment and was told I owe another $379 for the preventative care services. After reviewing the bill, some of which was not submitted to insurance, I actually really owed $200. I paid $146 for the filling and $200 for the preventative care. I made another appointment two weeks later due to pain I had in the tooth, I had the filling in. I was told that I need to give it a couple weeks for things to calm down. I asked if Dr. Venderpool if he meant myself or my tooth, he said both. He told me that I might need a crown on the tooth. I made another appointment with another dentist two days later and she informed me that the tooth was chipped and she fixed it.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had at any dental facility. They are prompt, on time, respectful, and non judgmental . I had my first cleaning last month and after I had lapsed in going to the dentist due to other health issues that arose, the whole staff was so welcoming. I went back today to get one tooth filled. It was the most relaxing, pain free and thorough appointment! I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone I come across. Thank you for the positive experience's you have provided! My search for a new dentist is over!
