Terrible customer service.....Went there to buy a staple gun to staple the cardboard back on my dresser drawl. Got some help from a man. Picked out a staple gun and staples. Seemed like a really nice gun. Got home and cut the gun out of the hard plastic. Tried it out. It would not work at all. It was junk. I had little staple gun I got at the dollar tree for a dollar that worked better then that . It was a hand held one thought it would work. It might of worked on paper that's it. Took it back to the store to exchange it for a heavier duty one. The lady at the register said she could not exchange it because it was not in the hard plastic. I told her I had the receipt. And the hard plastic at home I could go home and get it. She said it had to be in the hard plastic. I explained to her the plastic was cut in 4 or 5 pieces to get staple out. She said she couldn't exchange it. I took speak to the manager, wow. What a wast of life. Complete jerk. He said it worked so he couldn't exchange it. All they wanted to do is argue with me and give me excuses. Terrible customer service. Will never go back.and will let everyone I know about it. I walked out left the staple gun and staples on the counter. Told the lady at the counter who was a bitch to take the gun and shove it up her ass!
