I would not recommend these people. My wife and I sold our house at Hidden Valley last fall and called ServiceMaster to clean the place prior to the closing date. They gave us the date and time they'd show up. We made arrangements for the house to be available for them to clean. Unfortunately for us, they cleaned the WRONG house. So not only did we not get our place cleaned on the date/time they said they'd be there, these people illegally entered another home. I guess it was a benefit to those who got their house cleaned for free, but the fact remains ServiceMaster illegally entered their house. After we contacted ServiceMaster, they did agree to clean OUR place the next day. So we had to push our closing date to accommodate their mistake. They did show up the next day; however, the place was only cleaned on the surface. Close examination revealed lots of dirt and grime left behind. I could only equate it to a teenager cleaning their room. Looks good at first glance, but don't look too close. I was smart enough to video tape the poor quality and might end up in small claims, as they are INSISTING we pay the bill. I can see perhaps partial because the did eventually show up, but due to the poor quality work and earlier mistakes payment in full is absurd!
