Rent-A-Center

I have been a customer for two years and have always made my payments, never had a situation where they had to knock on my door. So I just made it to the end of my payments which would have been over march 17th, I had to pay earlier because the manager Amy treated me and my husband like we were the worsts customers like we never pay or give them the run around like most people I have witness, my husband contacted the person in charge of Amy but he didn't resolve a thing! She has a history of threatning customers and talking to you like you are a child. Completly unprofessional, I only would rather deal with Either Jose or Mike. I will never Rent from this location ever again because of the service there. I also sent my TV to get maintainanced twice and the problem was never resolved. I paid insurance for nothing for two years and now in stuck with a TV that continues to turn off on its own, and freezes out when it feels like it. Now my TV is paid in full due to me being treated like a bum on the street.
