At Palmer, she gained knowledge and clinical experience with numerous adjusting techniques and essential techniques such as Activator method, spinal decompression and flexion-distraction. Her internship experience expanded her knowledge on a variety of musculoskeletal therapies including training in laser therapy and instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM) techniques such as Graston and myofascial cupping.
