AWFUL SERVICE!! If you love the sub, buy one that's already built, don't go through the trouble with these guys! It is easy to be persuaded by how personable the builder appears to be. It is even difficult to imagine, after meeting with him, that he would not follow through on all that is promised. That change in the floor plan you wanted? Yes, you imagined it to be beautiful but the lady who does the drawing (no she's not an architect) manages to completely botch it when you trusted her expertise. Those items that you paid extra for but never made it to your build? Everyone pretends that they forgot you wanted that added. Then you hear stories of other homeowners who got everything AND the kitchen sink upgraded but no one noted it so they got them for free. That 30 day walk through? You have to practically chase them for them to come walk through the house once it's built. That 1 year warranty? Even if you get a list from a reputable home inspector, they still claim that they are not responsible and it's regular maintenance. If you are lucky enough to get the contacts of the various subcontractors who worked on your house, a year later, they tell you that they don't work with this builder anymore because of how unprofessional they are.
