My name is Tim Swartz, and I live in South Portland, Maine. As the owner of Swartz Enterprises I have helped many people improve their properties. I have been in construction for more than 10 years. I have worked with contractors in landscaping, tree care, concrete, wood framing, carpentry, door and window installation, drywall, painting, flooring, and ceilings. I enjoy making all manner of improvements to whatever I find. I want the earth to be a better place to live for future generations. I see the earth as a place to be cared for with an eye for the future. The way I see it, I should do things right, right now. However, I offer free removal of metal along with free disposal of appliances containing freon, such as refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, dehumidifiers. 250 pound minimum combined weight of appliances and freon items, with the understanding that you are also hiring me (at $25/hour) for a service of one hour of improvements to your home.
