My family recently suffered a very difficult loss. We were not sure where to begin with arrangements. A work associate recommended CC Shepherds. I made the call to Doug and was immediately put at ease. Doug went above and beyond his duty as funeral director. He treated us with respect and kindness. He was in contact with me daily making the arrangements and also just checking in on us. Doug showed genuine concern and care making us feel more like old friends. On the days of the services it was the little touches that made all the difference. Everything was beautiful and as peaceful as could be. My family felt blessed that we found Doug to help us through this most difficult task. We were comforted knowing that our loved one was in good hands.
