I wanted to say this was a gem of a find in rockland mass. I went in a few weeks ago to see if they had e cigs and I bought a battery and two tanks. The battery was 19.00 dollars and it died in two weeks. One of the tanks never even worked to begin with. I went back today to see about getting a new one and was accused of misusing it. So it seems the customer is not only right, but doesn't know how to use the product!!I. I have been vaping for three years, never had a issue with a tank or a battery. The customer service is appalling. Would have been easier to just replace the tank and battery and keep a loyal customer then to accuse me of misusing the product, don't you think. word of mouth now a days goes far and I will be using my incompetent mouth to let people know...
