These are quite possibly the most ignorant people on the planet. They NEVER do a job correctly, and will literally leave your house, say they did the work, and you come back to your house totally floooded, and destroyed. Then they don't even apoligize. They will BILL YOU!!!!! When you pay the bill, they will continue to send bills for a year or more after the bill has been paid. When you call to tell them you don't owe any money they will yell at you in a disgusting low class "long island" accent. Granted we are located on long island, but these people obviously are not from around here, that is for sure. They will never get back to you. Even if you are trying to help them get their billing straightened out they will continue to send out bills that are incorrect, wasting paper like the world has millions of trees to spare. I would avoid this moronic company at all costs. They simply do not have the brains, and skill to run a business. The ONLY thing they know how to do is sending bills, after bills, and more bills, that are incorrect. And you will receive at least two a day. Also, the company has been sold recently, and nothing has improved. Don't waste your time with these sheisters, USE SOMEONE ELSE. Unless you like being stressed out and annoyed!!!!!!!!!!!
