Dunkin'

I used to live in Memphis and cannot stress enough how much better the customer service was once I moved away. I think any normal person in the Memphis area knows what I mean. Just walk into any convenience store.

This Dunkin Donuts, however, makes a lot of the convenience store employees look like personal concierges. I was visiting home and used the drive-thru here for breakfast this morning at about 6:20am. I got short, rude answers to every question even though I was saying 'yes ma'am' and 'no ma'am.' I felt like she was MY customer. They were out of everything I was trying to order--even coffee! Obviously, thus girl was in a bad mood and just didn't feel like working. I just drove off and decided to give a competitor my business. I understand why there wasn't a line here. All the cars were next door at Sonic.

Awesome service. Great managers. I'm known by my coffee drink. And I love it. They always speak. Ask how you are. Not in a fake way like they're being watched. They truly have good manners service and respect for customers/consumer.

I am 9 months pregnant. I went in there and ordered a hot chocolate and 2 donuts. No biggie right? What I later discovered was 2 donuts that were the wrong kind, stale, old and broken. The hot chocolate was worse. It was nasty and cold and when I took the lid off to reheat it..there was a clump of hair in it! I got sick soon after that. What made it worse was that manager didnt care when I called later. Do yourself a favor. Dont go to this duncan's go around the corner to starbucks instead!
