The UPS Store

I paid $90 to send a package overnight to my son. The package contained prescription medication that is extremely time sensitive - not to mention expensive. It was scheduled to be delivered this morning. It's now 5pm and no one can tell me where the package is. The UPS store doesn't have any indication that it ever left their store - it was never scanned. The employees in the store were nice enough, but don't know how to help. The owner of this franchise refuses to speak w/me or get involved to help her employees track down my package. I suspect it was stolen because I told them it contained medication - even though it's of no use recreationally. I asked the owner to review her security footage & she refused. DO NOT TRUST THIS STORE WITH ANY PACKAGE YOU CARE ABOUT. I see the owner responds to reviews here. This may be the only way to get a response. I would prefer to deal with businesses that are responsive and provide good customer service even when no one's watching.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I have been a customer for 6 years. Most of the managers and staff are lovely. But a recent trip in the evening is causing me doubts about bringing business there. A very heavily tattooed young woman with a terrible attitude was rude, incompetent then refused to ship a package until she had waited on everyone else BEHIND ME. She pulled up wrong account, did not know how to pack it correctly, and was surly and simply horrible.

I left.

One bad apple can indeed spoil a basketful of good ones.

Hire carefully or watch your business die a slow death.
